DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A $100 deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost. If you cancel your appointment, for any reason, you will NOT be refunded your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Hapa Brows’ Policies). We respectfully ask for a 48-hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments, so that we may offer it to other clients. In the event of a last minute cancellation (less than 48 notice) or tardiness of 20 minutes, you will forfeit your deposit ($100) as we will not be able to reschedule this time to another client due to the pre-procedure requirements above. You will have to put a new additional deposit down ($100) to reschedule your appointment. No shows will forfeit their deposit and be banned from booking with Hapa Brows in the future.
